Meet Cassandra, Licensed Counselor/Clinical Director

I am here to provide a safe space, a listening ear, and an understanding heart. I understand the difficulty and am dedicated to helping my clients overcome the shame of mental health stigma and normalize prioritizing one's healing and self-care. There is so much courage in coming to counseling. Whether by a significant event or day-to-day challenges, life has brought you to reach out for help. I invite you to take the first step and make the call. As for the rest of the steps, we'll take them together. I offer help with a particular emphasis on disordered eating, relationships, mood, and anxiety.

Meet Victoria, Licensed Associate Counselor

As a therapist, my intention is to provide a safe place to explore the ways in which mental health issues have been a barrier to living a fulfilled life. In addition, I also help clients identify their strengths and resilience so they can be confident in navigating life’s ups and downs moving forward. I have experience working with clients who are navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is trauma informed, client centered, and multiculturally minded, and I utilize modalities such as EMDR, ACT, DBT, and CBT.

Meet Cyndi, Licensed Associate Counselor

I believe therapy is a partnership, where we both work together to determine your goals and treatment plan. It has been proven that the most successful outcomes in therapy are achieved when good rapport exists between therapist and client. Having worked as a teacher, school counselor, and therapist in education and community health, I possess extensive experience with children, teens, and families. I primarily work with ages 3–18, families, and adults (including women’s issues). I specialize in OCD, trauma, grief, ADHD, anxiety, family conflicts, and school-related issues. I am a trained therapist for a cutting-edge, quick-acting trauma treatment called Flash Technique, a minimally intrusive therapy that can help clients of all ages. I am TRIPP certified to conduct ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. I also utilize modalities such as play therapy, art therapy, ERP, ACT, CBT, IFS, and somatic methods such as mindfulness. I offer both in-person and Telehealth sessions.
